Professional, courteous and knowledgable. Arenz was a pleasure to work with. They evaluated my system, gave me options ranging from a quick cheap fix, to a full upgrade. Once a decision was made, they showed up within a few days - on Friday of the long July 4th weekend! - and saved us from a sweltering holiday weekend. Highly recommend.
Smelled gas and Arenz guys arrived right away. They checked and cleaned everything and made us feel much better. A great service.
Warning dont use. I was a customer for years and Arenz installed my Daikin mini-split system in 2018 and performed repairs in 2024. When the system recently developed problems, another HVAC technician found it was significantly low on refrigerant and added charge to get me by while i waited for Arenz to get around to scheduling my appointment. When I informed the original installer, they immediately refused to do any further work on the system and Joe told me “we are parting ways.” After consulting with the OWNER. Citing thats their policy. Wow what a company policy. My unit is still under warranty and i plan to inform Daiken of this incident. Im sure they want to know their certified installers are blackmailing customers into future service agreements to maintain their equipment.
I was disappointed that a long-time customer was dropped without any attempt to diagnose the issue or offer a path forward.
Spin a response any way you like but those are the facts.
