I have to say everyone I have spoke to or met has been awesome,,, nancy who first came to my house was a sweetheart she explained how everything works and set up an apt to have traps put down, Zachary showed up to do the work and he was just great, very friendly walked all around my house and should me access points I never noticed before. no rushing and he came on a Sunday. I would use them again and again and recommend them 150%.
My experience with Suburban has been very positive so far. Everyone on the phone and in person is very nice and easy to talk to. It isn't like talking to meatheads or people that actively detest your existence; they want to provide excellent service.
More importantly, they do a great job. They inspect problem areas and work hard to address any concerns you have. Any company that is nice, responsive, and competent is worth your money.
Suburban was easy to work with sent out a fantastic inspector who told me what needed to be done and they dispatched a technician who did a great Job.
